Kate Sheridan graduated from The Art Institute of Boston at Lesley University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration and Fine Arts. While in school, her work has been exhibited in nearly every Art Institute of Boston student show between 2008 and 2011, including the 2010 Scholarship Award show as well as in external competitions such as the Sixth and Seventh Annual Arches Student Print Show, and the International House of Blues Foundation.
Animals and their anatomy has always been her primary focus as she works across mediums. She pursues this passion both in the studio and at the Harvard University Museum of Comparative Zoology, where she helps prepare specimens and organize the collection.
